At this moment of time, it is undeniable that the society is moving to become more and more health conscious. Many have been practicing taking supplements, others have been building up fitness at massive gyms nevertheless; most of us spend time at relaxing beauty spas. It is a fact that many, men and women today, desire a healthy yet relaxing lifestyle as there are too much unnecessary continuous political scenes added with the inflation rise within our society.

Inflation has been an issue for us today, we are tightened up with our budget plus we are encouraged to save up our money, what must we do to keep on with the pace of economical crisis? Sit down and watch (Do Nothing)? Do as accordingly to the needs of our government? Or choose to be above others by being brave to invest on others’ skills? That choice is yours.

Now, we know that everyone wants to be healthy, wants to be pampered once in a while, wants to release the tension that’s deep within, wants to feel whole and balance in life. You know there’s an opportunity; you know it is time to act now before it’s too late, why not devote yourself to pickup extra skills for extra money? Analysts have said that the current foot reflexology scene in the market has been blooming greatly where as many understand the benefits they may gain from just a half an hour session.

Foot reflexology has been a popular alternative healthcare against medicine whereby it works as in to apply pressure to the sole of the foot. The touch of applying pressure, stretching and movement to the foot is seemed to be magical as it acts to rejuvenate the human body. A less than half an hour session is seemed short but it opens the eyes of the public to accept alternative treatments around the world. Look around you, the city itself is full of foot reflexology centres which have been seriously booming in the market for few years.

Andrew Lai, a foot reflexology trainer said that: "Alternative medicine is becoming more main stream. Twice as many doctors recommended massage last year than the year before. People are becoming interested in this as a career. It's good for people who are just starting out and for people who are looking for a career change." He is one of the foot reflexology trainers in Massage Therapy Academy and many have been taught by him to master this skill.

He added, “Reflexology is a treatment method for activating the body’s healing powers. It is performed on the feet using specific manipulations and pressure giving the client both the emotional and physical benefits. Reflexology can also be used as a preventative method of health care, preventing health problems arising. By adopting foot reflexology, practitioners are able to detect symptoms of illnesses and even cure migraines, insomnias, diarrheas, and sinuses.”
